  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Shipping Regions: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy applies, with the following summary of key terms:

• Eligibility Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom Engraving and Embroidery items are final sale.
• Process: Contact Customer Care at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
