Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Each piece is inspected and packaged with the protective care it deserves.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two refined shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping: We partner with premium carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS. Delivery with this method typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we craft each piece hoping it becomes a permanent part of your story, we understand that sometimes an item may not align perfectly with your expectations. Our policy is designed with integrity and grace.

Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including all certificates, tags, and protective materials.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Request
   Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and details about the item and your request.
2. Receive Instructions & Authorization
   We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns or exchanges must be authorized by us and include the RMA number.
3. Package and Ship Your Return
   Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all original documents, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
   
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Inspection & Processing
   Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your return. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

• Credit/Debit Card & PayPal Refunds: The funds will be issued within 5-10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please indicate your desired alternative in your initial request. We will guide you through any price adjustments and the process for shipping the new item to you.
