We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including all certificates, tags, and protective materials.

Please Note: Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our personalized craftsmanship, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Engraving: Any jewelry piece that has been personalized with custom engraving.
  • Embroidery: Any accessory or item from our Embroidery category that has been customized or monogrammed.

These services involve meticulous, one-of-a-kind artistry created specifically for you, making them uniquely yours upon completion.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and details about the item and your request.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Authorization

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns or exchanges must be authorized by us and include the RMA number.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all original documents, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your return. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

  • Credit/Debit Card & PayPal Refunds: The funds will be issued within 5-10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
